NXP Semiconductors, the Dutch global semiconductor maker, today announced that NXP Semiconductors signs deal with TCS i.e., Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest software services firm, to work together on unique solutions for automotive, security and IoT industries.
“NXP Semiconductors signs deal with TCS and has signed an MoU …The MoU will see both NXP and TCS to identify and create unique solutions that will be co-created for the automotive, security and Internet of Things (IoT) industry,” NXP said in a statement.
The company also said that a series of joint workshops involving the right SMEs and business leaders will be executed at TCS reform labs in Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi or in NXP Labs. “This pact is a great opportunity for two giants, NXP Semiconductors signs deal with TCS to collaborate and solve complex problems in high-technology areas,” NXP India Country Manager Sanjay Gupta stated.

A series of joint workshop at TCS innovation labs in India (Pune, Bangalore, Delhi) or in NXP Labs, involving the right SMEs and business leaders will be executed.
“It would also enable us to synergize our technical intrepidity and venture into several new and disruptive business domains that will support our customers more meaningfully and that’s why NXP Semiconductors signs deal with TCS,” he added.
Through the agreement, NXP Semiconductors signs deal with TCS are focussing on systemically increasing the technology ecosystem, the statement said. The collaboration will also help drive the advancement of the key solution areas that will yield results across industries and geographic markets, it added.
